FAQs

What are research surveys?

Research surveys are empirical data tools that can be used to understand certain markets, industries or companies. A sample of people is determined, and the people are asked certain questions related to their expertise. The survey is statistically derived. What that means is that Tailor uses statistical techniques to ensure the greatest significance in the research results.

Yes. One of the fundamental differences that Tailor Research brings is proprietary and tailored research. This gives our customers knowledge that other do not have. Investment managers gain insight into industries or companies that their competitors simply do not have.

As an industry expert, how do I get rewarded?

Industry experts have the opportunity to work directly with investment managers and analysts from some of the most renowned firms in the industry. And they get paid handsomely for doing so. In addition, industry experts not only get results from the surveys they participate in, but also results from other surveys within their industry. Many industry experts gain important knowledge that helps them compete in their industries. Without that knowledge they are at a disadvantage. We do, however, insist that industry experts not share the information.
