Ken Wagner: Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Ken Wagner is a 25-year financial software veteran. Mr. Wagner started his career at Bloomberg where he worked directly with Michael Bloomberg. There he managed there Integrated Products Group for the Americas, which included Bloomberg's very prosperous B-Trade product. The Integrated Products Group also included trading and order management systems, portfolio systems and two businesses he started: Data License and Integration Consulting Services.

After his successful tenure at Bloomberg, he left to become the Chief Operating Officer of Quant Trading, a provider of software that enables financial market institutions to automate trading room workflow processes.

After Quant Trading he joined Thomson Financial. At Thomson Financial Mr. Wanger was COO of Thomson Financial's Retail Wealth Management Division, a combination of businesses with revenues in excess of $500 million in 2006, where he was responsible for Finance, Product Development, Technical Operations and Customer Service.

After Thomson, Mr. Wagner was the Chief Operating Officer of Advisen, an ASP provider of data, analytics and workflow for the commercial insurance industry. Mr. Wagner most recently was the President and Chief Operating Officer of CorrectNet, Inc.

Mr. Wagner graduated from Rutgers University 1988 with a BA in Economics, with concentrations in Finance and Computer Science.
